The Cleveland Commercial Team worked on a renovation project at West 22nd Multi-Family Apartments, a historic apartment building located along the edge of Cuyahoga Valley, offering views of downtown Cleveland. Originally built in 1890, the building is undergoing a complete transformation that combines its historic character with modern updates to enhance its overall appearance and functionality.

The renovation focuses on maintaining the building's original architectural charm while incorporating updated windows and doors. With its historic design and views of downtown Cleveland, the project required a variety of Pella products carefully selected to complement the building's unique features.

The project features Pella Impervia and Pella Lifestyle Series windows, along with multi-sliding glass doors. These products were selected to provide a combination of style, durability, and performance while complementing the building's historic architecture. The multi-sliding glass doors further enhance the design, creating a connection between the building's interior spaces and its surroundings.
