Nevillewood Grille at Nevillewood Country Club - Presto, PA

The Pittsburgh Commercial Team recently completed a window project at Nevillewood Grille at Nevillewood Country Club in Presto, Pennsylvania. Nestled among the rolling hills of Western Pennsylvania, the private golf and residential community is known for its Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course, which opened in 1992. Over the years, the club has hosted several prestigious golf events, including the Mario Lemieux Celebrity Invitational and the 2016 Pennsylvania Open.

As part of a 28,500-square-foot renovation and expansion, Nevillewood Country Club introduced several updated amenities to enhance the member experience. The project included a new Golf Operations Center, a two-level Wellness Center, expanded recreational facilities, and improvements throughout the clubhouse. One of the highlights was the addition of Nevillewood Grille, featuring an updated dining space with indoor and outdoor bar service connecting to the patio.

The project featured Pella Reserve Traditional windows in a tan finish with putty-glazed simulated divided lites (SDL). Designed to complement traditional building styles, Pella Reserve Traditional offers authentic proportions, carefully crafted profiles, and timeless detailing. The simulated divided lites provide a classic appearance that complements the clubhouse's established design, while the windows deliver lasting durability and performance. Available in wood and aluminum-clad wood options, Pella Reserve Traditional combines traditional style with modern functionality.

We were excited to partner with Stephen Paxton Architecture on this project! DLA+ developed the club's facilities master plan and designed the renovation and expansion, focusing on modernizing the property's amenities while preserving its traditional character. The firm's thoughtful approach helped create updated spaces that complement the existing clubhouse and enhance the overall member experience.
