Upscale High-Rise Condominium – Northeast Ohio

The Cleveland Commercial Team completed an exciting window and door replacement project at an upscale 16-story high-rise condominium overlooking Lake Erie. The project involved replacing multiple window and door openings with Pella Impervia fiberglass products, providing residents with updated functionality while maintaining the building's views of the lake and surrounding greenery.

With its location overlooking Lake Erie, the condominium offers expansive views of the water and nearby landscape. The window and door replacements were designed to preserve these views while allowing residents to enjoy fresh air and convenient access to their balconies.

The project features Pella Impervia fiberglass casement windows, awning windows, and sliding doors, selected for their exceptional strength, durability, and performance. The venting casement and awning windows provide natural ventilation, while the sliding doors offer convenient access to outdoor balcony spaces. Throughout the project, the Cleveland Commercial Team worked with Pella's Architectural and Engineering Services to obtain the required engineering test report for the approval process.
