Two&Company – Chagrin Falls, OH

The Cleveland Commercial Team completed a window replacement project at Two&Company, a nonprofit restaurant located in Chagrin Falls, Ohio. Part of Two Foundation, the organization provides opportunities for individuals of every ability to obtain and maintain employment, connect with others, and develop skills for success. Through its café, boutique, and partnerships with schools and businesses, Two Foundation helps individuals transition from school to employment and adulthood.

Established in 2013, Two Foundation was inspired by Derek Hunter, the son of founder Shari Hunter. Driven by her belief in her son's ability to make a difference, Shari and her family created an organization focused on providing opportunities and fostering a sense of belonging for individuals of every ability. Today, Two&Company serves as more than just a restaurant, offering a welcoming environment where individuals can connect, grow, and succeed.

Before becoming home to Two&Company, the building originally served as an automotive dealership. The space was redesigned to reflect Two Foundation's vision while creating an environment suited to its mission. The project features Pella Impervia and Pella Reserve Series windows, selected to achieve the desired industrial appearance while allowing natural light into the building. These windows complement the redesigned space while supporting the organization's vision for its new location.

The Cleveland Commercial Team is proud to have partnered with Marous Brothers Construction on this project, helping bring Two Foundation's vision for its newly designed building to life!
