The Rise – State College, PA

The Pittsburgh Commercial Team completed an exciting project at The Rise, a 12-story upscale apartment building located in State College, Pennsylvania. Designed to serve students attending Penn State University, the development offers modern apartment living with a variety of amenities and convenient access to campus.

The Rise features apartments ranging from studios to five-bedroom units, providing students with a variety of living options. Residents can enjoy amenities throughout the building, including a hot tub, coffee bar, fitness center, lounge, and co-working spaces. The building's thermal performance also contributed to its LEED certification, reflecting a focus on energy efficiency and sustainability.

The project features Pella Impervia fiberglass windows, including a combination of fixed, single-hung, and casement units. These windows were selected for their modern sightlines, exceptional strength, and lasting durability. Made from Pella's proprietary fiberglass material, Pella Impervia windows provide reliable performance while complementing the building's modern architectural design.
