The Maxxen – State College, PA

The Pittsburgh Commercial Team completed an exciting project at The Maxxen, a 13-story luxury apartment building located in State College, Pennsylvania. Situated just steps from the Penn State University campus, the development offers residents a convenient location near the university while providing modern apartment living.

The Maxxen follows the success of The Rise, a nearby residential development located just three blocks away. Having previously collaborated with the same developer and architect on The Rise, the Pittsburgh Commercial Team continued its partnership on The Maxxen. Following the successful performance of Pella Impervia windows at The Rise, the developer selected the same window series for this new project.

The project features Pella Impervia fiberglass windows, selected for their exceptional strength, durability, and performance. Designed to provide lasting reliability, these windows meet the performance requirements of the luxury apartment building while complementing its modern design.
