The Hopewell Inn – Hopewell, NJ
The Philadelphia Commercial Team recently completed a new construction project at the Hopewell Inn in Hopewell, New Jersey. Located at 15 East Broad Street on the corner of Seminary Avenue, the project recreates the historic Hopewell Inn, a building that served the community for nearly 150 years before its demolition in July 2022.

Originally known as the Central Hotel, the building had a rich history, serving various purposes throughout the years, including a residential home, store, bar, restaurant, lodging, and apartments. The new construction project was designed to recreate the historic building's traditional appearance while honoring its longstanding history in Hopewell.

The project features Pella Reserve Traditional double-hung windows with Rolscreen and aluminum brickmould, selected to complement the building's historic design. Featuring authentic proportions, traditional profiles, and detailed construction, Pella Reserve Traditional windows provide the classic appearance suited for this historical recreation. These windows incorporate traditional design elements while offering modern performance for the newly constructed building.

The Philadelphia Commercial Team is proud to have partnered with Sherute LLC as the builder and Steven S. Cohen Architect P.C. as the architect on this project!
