Our Mother of Consolation Parish School – Philadelphia, PA

The Philadelphia Commercial Team completed an exciting window replacement project at Our Mother of Consolation Parish School in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Following a devastating fire that destroyed the school two years earlier, the historic Catholic elementary school underwent a complete rebuild and renovation, welcoming students and families back to the building.

As one of Philadelphia's oldest Catholic schools, Our Mother of Consolation Parish School has a rich history dating back more than 160 years. The school was celebrating its 160th anniversary in 2023 when the fire occurred. The rebuilding project marked an important milestone for the school, allowing students, families, and staff to return to a restored learning environment while preserving the building's historic character.

The project features Pella Reserve Traditional windows, selected for their authentic architectural detailing and ability to complement the school's historic design. Available in traditional wood or aluminum-clad wood, these windows feature historic putty profiles and custom grilles. Designed to meet exact specifications, Pella Reserve Traditional windows help preserve the building's architectural integrity while providing updated functionality and lasting performance.

The Philadelphia Commercial Team is proud to have partnered with Delran Builders and The Sheward Partnership to help restore this historic Philadelphia school and welcome students back to their classrooms!
