Inn at Old Saybrook - Columbiana, OH

Pella Cleveland Commercial recently completed a standout assisted living renovation at The Inn at Old Saybrook in Columbiana Ohio, delivering enhanced performance, resident comfort and refined design.

The renovation focused on improving long term building performance while supporting daily comfort and operational efficiency. In assisted living and multifamily environments, window systems play a major role in meeting these goals. They must provide strong energy efficiency, withstand regular use, and maintain a consistent appearance across large building elevations while remaining easy to maintain.

For this project, Pella Lifestyle Series windows were selected to support these requirements. Known for their thermal efficiency, durability and design flexibility, the Lifestyle Series offered an ideal solution for a residential care setting with frequent daily activity. These windows help regulate interior temperatures, contributing to a comfortable indoor environment throughout the year while supporting energy savings over time.

The design flexibility of the Lifestyle Series also allowed the project team to maintain a cohesive aesthetic throughout the building. Clean lines and consistent window profiles help enhance both the interior and exterior appearance, creating a welcoming atmosphere for residents, visitors and staff.

The renovation was designed by Strollo Architects and built by A.P. O’Horo. This collaborative effort ensured the architectural vision aligned with durable materials and long-lasting performance. Through close coordination, the team delivered a space that supports functionality while adding lasting value to the property.

Located in Columbiana Ohio, The Inn at Old Saybrook now benefits from upgraded window solutions that align with the needs of modern assisted living facilities. This project reflects Pella Cleveland Commercial’s continued commitment to delivering products that support comfort, efficiency and thoughtful design in multifamily and senior living environments.
