Medley Apartments, the residential component of Fairfax Market, offers residents an upscale living experience with the convenience of a grocery store located within the development. By bringing together residential and retail spaces, the project creates a convenient setting for residents while contributing to the surrounding Fairfax neighborhood.

The project features black Pella Impervia fiberglass casement windows and sliding patio doors throughout Medley Apartments. Selected for their exceptional strength, durability, and performance, these products complement the building's modern architectural design. The black finish adds a distinctive appearance while enhancing the overall curb appeal of the residential development.
