The Pittsburgh Commercial Team recently completed an exciting window replacement project at the Science and Technology Center on PennWest University's California campus in Pennsylvania. The project focused on replacing outdated windows with updated Pella products to enhance the building's appearance and overall performance.

The Science and Technology Center underwent a refresh that incorporated new windows designed to provide improved energy efficiency, sound control, and lasting functionality. The window replacements give the building an updated appearance while supporting the needs of a university facility.
The project features Pella Lifestyle Series aluminum-clad wood windows, selected for their combination of value, energy efficiency, and sound control. These windows provide reliable performance while complementing the building's updated design, making them a fitting choice for the university's renovation project.

The Pittsburgh Commercial Team also received a 5-star review from Eric Rosie, Executive Director of Planning and Construction at PennWest University, who shared, "I had zero problems, everything went smoothly from start to finish!"

We are proud to have contributed to the improvements at PennWest University's Science and Technology Center, providing Pella windows that combine lasting performance, energy efficiency, and an updated appearance.
