The Philadelphia Commercial Team completed an exciting window installation project at Building 116, part of The Arsenal Complex in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Located just off the Bridge Street exit off I-95 and minutes from Center City Philadelphia, the historic property has undergone a transformation from a former military facility into a mixed-use development.

Originally known as the Frankford Arsenal, the complex once served as a U.S. Army ammunition plant. Today, the property features a private luxury residential development, commercial and industrial loft workspaces, and event venues. As part of the property's ongoing revitalization, one of its former industrial buildings has been converted into a modern art studio, preserving the site's historic character while introducing a new purpose for the space.

The project features Pella Reserve Traditional double-hung windows, sash sets, and awning windows, selected for their authentic architectural detailing and ability to complement the building's historic design. Featuring through-stile construction and traditional proportions and profiles, Pella Reserve Traditional windows provide the historic appearance needed for renovation projects while delivering lasting performance. These features make them a fitting choice for maintaining the architectural character of Building 116.
