Baldwin Wallace University – Berea, OH

The Cleveland Commercial Team completed a full building window replacement project at Baldwin Wallace University in Berea, Ohio. Working closely with university staff, the team completed the project within a tight timeline to ensure the window replacements were finished before students returned for classes.

An important aspect of the project was maintaining a consistent appearance throughout the building. The replacement windows needed to complement the existing doors and exterior woodwork while preserving the building's established architectural style.

The project features Pella windows in a Poplar White exterior finish, carefully selected to closely match the color of the building's existing doors and exterior woodwork. Pella-Gunton also supplied prefinished stained interior surfaces designed to complement the existing interior woodwork, creating a consistent appearance throughout the building.
