Addis View Apartments - Cleveland, OH

Our commercial team partnered with LDA Architects and Pride One Construction on Addis View Apartments, a new four-story development on East 90th Street in Cleveland. As the first of four planned buildings, the project was designed to provide quality, affordable housing for local workers and students in the area.

Pella Impervia fiberglass windows were selected throughout the building for their strength, low maintenance and long-term performance. Built to handle Cleveland’s changing weather conditions, the fiberglass frames resist warping, cracking and fading while delivering strong thermal efficiency for multi-family living environments.

The project incorporated a mix of single-hung and fixed casement windows to balance ventilation, natural light and modern design. Finished in black, the windows complement the building’s contemporary exterior and multi-colored brick façade while creating a clean, consistent appearance across every elevation.

Careful window placement also helped maximize natural light and create a more open feel inside the units. Combined with efficient installation and durable materials, the result is a project that delivers both lasting performance and modern curb appeal for residents and property owners alike.
