The Cleveland Commercial Team completed an exciting window and door installation project at a new apartment complex in Shaker Heights, Ohio. The development features a contemporary architectural design, incorporating large glass openings to create bright, welcoming residential spaces.

An important aspect of the project was selecting windows and doors that would complement the building's modern appearance while providing lasting durability and functionality. The design emphasized maximizing natural light through expansive glass areas, helping create an open and inviting atmosphere throughout the building.

The project features Pella fiberglass direct set windows, awning windows, and sliding glass doors. These products were selected for their strength, durability, and ability to accommodate large glass openings. The fiberglass construction provides long-lasting performance while complementing the building's contemporary architectural style.
