Western Butler County Authority Administration Building - Butler, PA
Pella Gunton’s Pittsburgh Team recently completed a window project for the new Western Butler County Authority (WBCA) Administration Building.

Located next to the Authority’s wastewater treatment plant, the 8,000-square-foot facility is paired with a 3,000-square-foot garage featuring five bays. The building includes modern offices, a public lobby, a community meeting room and support areas for field crews, with a focus on efficiency and sustainability.

The project features Pella Reserve Contemporary Direct Set windows with an Iron Ore exterior finish, frame extensions and a black stain interior. These selections complement the building’s modern design while meeting the durability and performance needs of the space.

Pella Gunton partnered with Hayes Design Architects and VendRick Construction to bring this project to life, helping create a modern administrative facility designed to support the Authority’s daily operations.
