Pella Gunton’s Cleveland Commercial Team recently completed a window project at Water Edge Apartments, featuring products selected to complement the building’s original architectural character.

The project features Pella Reserve Hung windows with historically accurate, putty-glazed simulated divided-lite muntins. These details replicate the appearance of the original windows while maintaining the building’s traditional look.

Pella Gunton partnered with H2 Property Holdings and Payto Architects to bring this project to life, helping preserve the character of Water Edge Apartments through carefully selected window solutions.
