Provincial Residence of the Oblates of St. Francis de Sales - Wilmington, DE

Pella Gunton’s Philadelphia Commercial Team recently completed a window renovation project at the Provincial Residence of the Oblates of St. Francis de Sales in Wilmington, Delaware.

More than a century old, the residence serves as both a community home for clergy and the administrative headquarters for the organization’s East Coast ministries. Preserving the building’s history and traditional character was an important consideration throughout the renovation.

Pella Reserve Traditional windows were selected to maintain the residence’s classic, historic appearance while complementing the building’s longstanding architectural character.

The project was completed in partnership with ABHA Architects, helping preserve this historic residence for years to come.
