Pella Gunton partnered on a window replacement project at Crest Avenue Apartments in Charleroi, Pennsylvania, upgrading the windows at this 42-unit senior housing community.

Located at 500 Crest Avenue, the property was originally an elementary school before being converted into senior housing in the mid-1990s. The renovation focused on improving the building's energy efficiency, indoor comfort and long-term durability for residents.

Pella Lifestyle Series double-hung windows were selected for their reliability, efficiency and long-term performance. The replacement windows support the property's performance goals while helping create a more comfortable living environment for residents.

The project was completed in partnership with Kulak-George Architects and Maxim Construction. Pella Gunton is proud to have contributed to this renovation, supporting the continued improvement of the Crest Avenue Apartments community.
