1322 Locust, Philadelphia PA

Pella Gunton recently completed a residential window project at 1322 Locust in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, featuring Pella Reserve Traditional windows that combine classic architectural details with modern performance.

Located just steps from downtown Philadelphia, 1322 Locust offers residents a comfortable and convenient living space. The window selections were designed to complement the building's historic character while supporting the needs of modern residential living.

For this project, Pella Reserve Traditional Double Hung and Direct Set windows were selected for their timeless appearance and carefully crafted details. Designed for projects that call for authentic architectural character, the Reserve Traditional collection features through-stile construction, true-to-history proportions and classic profiles that complement traditional building styles.

Additional details, including historic putty profiles, innovative grille options and authentic spoon-lock hardware, help maintain the traditional aesthetic while incorporating modern window design.

The project was built by Greenzang Properties and designed by Toner Architects. Pella Gunton is proud to have contributed to 1322 Locust, bringing together traditional window design and modern residential functionality in Philadelphia.
